Today's human being is so absorbed in the material world that he has no time to delve into his inner world.
When he wakes up in the morning, his mind is preoccupied with countless plans. He thinks he has to do this or that today. He has to do that. That means he's busy from morning till evening!
When he returns home in the evening, he is quite exhausted. He finds it difficult to even converse with his children, wife, and other family members, as the conversation will not bring him any financial gain.
What I mean to say is that today's human beings are prevented from looking into their inner selves by their own self-created entanglements and problems.
If a person takes some time for himself in the morning and evening and sits with complete concentration in the meditation of Goddess Saraswati, he will be able to analyze his personality.
He will begin to see numerous flaws within himself.
These flaws are amplified by man's excessive preoccupation with the external world from morning to evening and by a lack of moral values in his character.
When a person sits with a concentrated mind in the morning and evening, he should first begin to remove those flaws.

प्रश्न यह उठता है कि कैसे?
आज का मानव भौतिक संसार में इतना अधिक लीन हो गया है कि उसके पास समय ही नहीं रहा है कि वह अपने अंदर के संसार में प्रवेश कर सके I
वह सुबह जब उठता है तो उसका चित्त अनेकों योजनाओं में डूबा होता है I वह सोच रहा होता है कि आज उसे अमुक कार्य करना है: उसे वह कार्य भी करना हैI यानि सुबह से शाम तक वही उधेड़ बुन!
शाम को जब वह लौट कर अपने घर आता है तो काफी थक चुका होता हैI अपने बच्चों, पत्नी और अन्य सदयों के साथ बात करने में भी उसे परेशानी होती है क्यों कि उस बात-चीत से उसे कोई धन लाभ तो होगा नहींI
कहने का अभिप्राय यह है कि आज के मानव को उसकी अपने द्वारा पैदा कि गई उलझने व समस्याएं ही उसे अपने अंतरमन में झाँकने से रोकती हैंI
यदि मानव सुबह और शाम कुछ समय अपने लिए निकाले और और पूर्ण एकाग्र मन से माँ सरस्वती के ध्यान में लीन होकर बैठ जाये तो वह अपने व्यकित्त्व का विश्लेषण कर सकेगा I
उसे अपने अंदर अनेकों दोष दिखाई देने लग जायेंगेI
ये दोष मानव सुबह से शाम तक अपने बाहरी संसार में अधिक व्यस्त होने के कारण तथा अपने चरित्र में नैतिक मूल्यों कि कमीं होने के कारण बढाता जाता हैI
जब मानव सुबह और शाम एकाग्र मन से बैठेगा तो उसे चाहिए कि वह सर्वप्रथम उन दोषों को दूर करना शुरू कर देI
